Cancellation Policy

Cocktail Making Course Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email after full payment is received. A confirmation email will include the date, time, location, and any other relevant details about the course. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations by the Customer: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations by the Organizer: In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the organizer, customers will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the course date can be accommodated subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course date may incur a rescheduling fee. 5. Group Bookings For group bookings of 10 or more, please contact us directly for availability and special terms. 6. Course Attendance Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals are able join the course, and no refunds will be given for missed classes. 7. Alcohol Consumption Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the course. Ensure all attendees bring ID. Please drink responsibly during the course. The organizer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. A Mocktail selection is available. 8. Health and Safety Please inform the organizer of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. The organizer follows strict health and safety guidelines. Please follow all instructions provided during the course. 9. Course Content The content of the course is subject to change without prior notice. Recipes and techniques learned during the course are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. 10. Liability The organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the course. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. 11. Privacy Policy Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of the course and will not be shared with third parties.
