Service Description

We offer catering services with a variety of delicious platter options to suit all tastes and group sizes, with both sweet and savoury choices available. Additionally, we accommodate dietary restrictions by offering Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Allergy-friendly options to ensure all guests can enjoy the experience without limitations. We provide; - Trestle table(s) - Platters and Serve-ware - Disposable cutlery and plates/bowls Catering Options include: Savoury - Vege Patter with Dips Large – carrots, cucumbers, celery, radish, capsicum and cherry tomatoes with hummus and two other dips - $70 - Fruit Platter Large – a seasonal selection of fruits with yogurt and chocolate dip $80 - Chips and Dips – warmed tortilla corn chips served with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole - $70 - Savouries Platter – 50 mixed savouries -$70 - Deluxe Nibbles Platter Large- samosas, spring rolls, chicken nuggets, onion rings, squid rings/salt and pepper, jalapeno cheese bites, wedges, chips - $200 - Vegetarian Deluxe Nibbles Platter – samosas, spring rolls, onion rings, wedges, chips, vegetarian dumplings, jalapeno cheese bites, crumbed camembert - $230 - Fried Chicken Wings platter of 50 – Buffalo (mild) or honey soy, honey garlic or 2 of the options- $125 - Large Fries Sharing Bowl served with aioli and tomato sauce - $20 - Large Wedges sharing Bowl served with sour cream and sweet chilli - $30 Sweet - Baked Goods Platter - banana cake, brownies, chocolate chip cookies - $80 - Mini muffins – 10x chocolate with white and milk chocolate chips, 10x white chocolate and raspberry, 10 x carrot with cream cheese icing, 10x blueberry - $80 Note: GF/Vegetarian options can be made available at an extra cost. Custom grazing tables and other options are also available upon request. Please contact us for further enquiries. SELF CATERING - $200 On the day early drop off Pack up of leftovers, please provide your own containers/catering containers, these will be saved to used the next day. Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment Reservation: Rooms can be reserved online, over the phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 Days of the booking may incur a fee or result in the loss of the deposit. 2. Room Usage Capacity: Each room has a maximum capacity limit. Exceeding this limit is not permitted for safety reasons. Time Slots: Venue is booked in 4 hourly time slots. Typically 7pm - 11pm. Extensions may be available depending on availability but are not guaranteed. Equipment Use: All equipment (Bull, Toilets, microphones, screens, sound systems, decorations etc) should be used properly. Damages caused by misuse may result in additional charges. 3. Food and Beverages Outside Food/Drink: Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed. The venue offers food and drink services. Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may be consumed by guests, but excessive drinking leading to disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. 4. Behaviour and Conduct Noise Levels: While karaoke can be loud, please be considerate of noise levels, especially in shared or adjoining spaces. Conduct: Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other patrons will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the venue without a refund. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. A designated smoking area is available outside the venue. 5. Liability and Responsibility Personal Belongings: The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings secure. Damages: The person who made the booking is responsible for any damages to the Venue/Equipment during the session. Injuries: The venue is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of the karaoke room. Guests use the facilities at their own risk. 6. Age Restrictions Minors: Guests under the age of 18 must be identified and accompanied by their legal guardian.They will not be served at the bar - guardian make all purchases. ID Check: Valid identification is required for age verification. 7. Privacy and Security CCTV: For safety and security, some rooms may be monitored by CCTV. Footage is used only for security purposes. Rodeo Bull Footage: May be used for Promotions. Personal Data: Any personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
